I’ve always been fascinated by people: how we connect, how we clash, and how we grow.

I’ve been studying the Enneagram for 25 years. I’m an ICF ACC-credentialed coach and an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner.

My career has taken me through footwear, public education, and higher education. In every one, I found myself paying attention to the people: how they communicate, how they handle conflict, and how they grow.

I believe personal development can be fun and light, not heavy and serious. That’s the spirit I bring to every debrief.

I’m a wife and a mom of two boys, based in Portland, Oregon.
