How It Works

3. Meet for 90 minutes
We walk through your results and connect them to what’s actually going on: work, relationships, stress, decisions.

You leave with your full iEQ9 report and a few practical ways to work with your type, starting this week.

For any two people: you and your partner, a business partner, a family member, or your best friend. You each take the iEQ9, then we look at your types side by side: where you click, where you clash, and why the same friction keeps coming back.

For teams, families, and friend groups. Everyone takes the iEQ9, then we explore how your types show up together: how you communicate, make decisions, and handle pressure. Ask about a group debrief.
Every format is a 90-minute session on Zoom. Your price includes the iEQ9 assessment and your 23-page personal report, from one of the most accurate Enneagram assessments on the market.

Do I need to know anything about the Enneagram first?
Nope. You don’t need to know the nine types or what a wing is. I’ll bring the Enneagram knowledge. You bring yourself.
I already know my type. Is this still worth it?
Yes. The iEQ9 goes much deeper than a free quiz, and people are often surprised by what it shows. Even when the number stays the same, the debrief is where you learn how your type plays out in your life and what to do with it.
What’s the iEQ9?
It’s one of the most accurate Enneagram assessments on the market, from Integrative Enneagram Solutions. You’ll receive a 23-page personal report, and it’s included in the price of your debrief. I’m an accredited iEQ9 practitioner, so I’ll help you make sense of all of it.
How does a pairs or group debrief work?
Everyone takes the iEQ9 individually before we meet. In our 90 minutes together, we look at each person’s type and then at how your types interact. Planning something for a larger group? Reach out and we’ll shape it together.
Who can do a pairs debrief?
Any two people who want to understand each other better: romantic partners, business partners, a parent and adult child, siblings, or best friends.
Where do sessions happen?
All debriefs are held on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. You don’t need to live in Portland.
What does it cost?
Individual debriefs are $250 and pairs debriefs (couples, business partners, family members, or friends) are $500. For groups, inquire for a group rate. Every price includes the iEQ9 assessment and your 23-page report.

Me, Emily Berchier. I’m an ICF ACC-credentialed coach and an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner based in Portland, Oregon, and I’ve been studying the Enneagram for 25 years.
